Individual Music Therapy sessions are a great choice for someone who has specific goals they’d like to work on! Whether it’s working on improving communication skills through singing or writing songs, focusing on sensory regulation through moving our bodies or breathing to music, or creating music that will help us transition throughout the day, music therapy can be adapted to best fit each individual.

This option also includes Therapeutic Music Lessons. Learning an instrument can be so beneficial for those experiencing anxiety or depression as it can improve self-confidence, and can be a great segue to discussing what in life is currently hard.
