Individual Music Therapy

Individualized music therapy for people who want support with goals that matter to them. Sessions are shaped around each person's interests, communication style, strengths, preferences, and goals, and may include singing, songwriting, instrument playing, movement, music listening, improvisation, and more.

Adaptive Lessons

Personalized music lessons designed to make learning an instrument accessible, engaging, and meaningful for each student. Lessons are shaped around the learner’s interests, strengths, communication style, and learning preferences, with adaptations and supports provided as needed.

Students can explore piano, guitar, ukulele, percussion, voice, and more while developing musical skills at their own pace.

Pricing: $90 / hour

Mobile Music Therapy

We bring music therapy into community settings where people already live, learn, and connect.

Group sessions incorporate singing, instruments, movement, music listening, and other Therapeutic Music Experiences to create opportunities for connection, expression, communication, regulation, and joy. Each session is shaped around the interests and needs of the group.

Private Pay

Pay out of pocket on a monthly basis.

Need some tuition assistance? We hold 7 spots on our caseload for sliding scale. Ask to see if we have any available!

DDA Funds

Eastside Music Therapy accepts DDA funds in two ways:

  1. For those who qualify under the CIIBS waiver

  2. For those needing Like Skills supports (under most waivers)

Not sure if you qualify? Check with your Case Resource Manager!

Insurance

Eastside Music Therapy is considered out-of-network for all insurance providers.

Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill outlining what you have paid out of pocket that you can then send to your insurance company seeking reimbursement utilizing the code 97530.

*Adaptive Lessons are not eligible for insurance reimbursement
