Access Fund

We believe that access to music therapy should not be limited by financial circumstances.

Our Access Fund helps reduce financial barriers by supporting clients who are experiencing hardship. Contributions to this fund are provided voluntarily by community members and directly support reduced-fee and scholarship-based music therapy services.

How it works

When a client applies for Access Fund support, we may reduce the cost of sessions based on individual need and available funding. This may include:

  • Reduced session fees (sliding scale support)

  • Deeply reduced fees during times of financial hardship

  • Fully covered sessions for a limited period of time

Who it is for

The Access Fund is available for individuals and families who are experiencing financial barriers to accessing care, including temporary or ongoing financial hardship.

Important note

Contributions to the Access Fund are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

Our commitment

We aim to distribute Access Fund resources thoughtfully and fairly, prioritizing those with the greatest need while maintaining sustainability so that support remains available to the community over time.
